Software for pest control companies

The work is complex. Your software shouldn’t be.

Customers, recurring plans, scheduling, routing, invoicing and a technician app, in one place. You open it to a list of what needs doing today, not a wall of charts.

Free during early access. No card, and no sales call to sit through.

A pest control technician in a uniform and gloves, carrying a backpack sprayer, treats the planting beds along the front wall of a house.

The product

Your software should do the noticing

Most pest control software can store the job. The hard part is noticing the services that quietly went unscheduled, the invoices that slid past thirty days and the customers nobody asked about AutoPay. PestStat puts those at the top of the screen, each with a link to the list that fixes it.

Features

Everything the office and the truck both need

One system for the whole operation, so nobody copies numbers between two of them. Each feature says where it stands:

  • Live usable today
  • At launch built, switches on at launch
  • Coming not built yet
  • Live

A worklist, not a chart wall

Open to what needs doing: visits owed but not on the calendar, invoices past 30 days, completed visits not yet billed, plans not on AutoPay. Each one links straight to the list that fixes it.

  • Live

Plans that fill the job pool

Recurring plans generate the visits they owe into a job pool, with the due date kept separate from the scheduled date so nothing quietly slips.

  • Live

    Scheduling and route sequencing

One click assigns pool jobs to technicians by skill, branch, preferred tech and daily capacity, then orders each day’s stops to cut drive distance. Shown on a route map.

  • Live

    Dispatch board and crew calendar

See every technician’s day side by side, set working weeks and time off, and release a route to the tech when it is ready.

  • Live

    Invoicing from finished work

Completed visits become invoices in bulk. Record part payments and refunds, and watch the aging report shrink.

  • At launch

Card payments into your own account

Customers pay on a page Stripe hosts, and the money lands in your own Stripe account. PestStat never sees a full card number.

  • At launch

    Staged payment reminders

Five reminder stages by email, from “due soon” to 45 days late, each recorded once per invoice so you can see exactly who was chased and when.

  • Live

A customer portal with no password

Send a secure link. Customers see their invoices and service history without an account to set up or forget. Paying online switches on with card payments.

  • Live

    One search bar

Press ⌘K anywhere to find a customer by name, email, phone, address or account number, or jump to a plan or service.

On the way Coming

For technicians

Built for the truck, not the desk

The technician app runs in the phone’s browser. Nothing to install, and it shows only that tech’s own stops.

Routing Live
Today’s stops arrive in driving order, released by the office when the route is ready.
Service records Live
Tap en route, on site and complete. Notes are saved with the visit, and a finished visit is ready to invoice.
Chemical logs Live
Product, EPA registration number, amount, target pest and treated area — recorded at the stop, not reconstructed later.
Signatures Live
The customer signs on the technician’s screen, and the signature is kept with the visit.
Photos Coming
Before-and-after photos attached to the service record.
Offline use Coming
Today the app needs a signal. Working through crawlspaces and dead zones, then syncing later, is on the way.

Switching

Bring your customers with you

The reason companies stay on software they dislike is the thought of moving. So the importer shows you a full preview and an error report before anything is written. If a row cannot be read, it tells you which line and why, instead of failing silently.

  • Customers, service addresses and recurring plans
  • A preview of every record that will be created
  • An error report you can download, fix and re-upload
  • Nothing saved until you approve it

Import from an export of

  • FieldRoutes
  • PestPac
  • GorillaDesk
  • Any CSV or spreadsheet

Not on that list? If your system can export a CSV, the importer will map its columns. If it cannot export at all, tell us what you are on and we will help you get the data out.

Questions owners actually ask

How long does switching take?

You upload an export from your old system, see exactly what will be created and what could not be read, and nothing is saved until you approve it. Most of the work is deciding which columns mean what, and the importer suggests that for you.

What comes across from my old system?

Customers, their service addresses and their recurring plans. Open balances and past service history do not import yet — tell us what you are on and we will help you bring the rest across.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. PestStat is month to month. If you leave, your data leaves with you.

Can my technicians work without signal?

Not yet. Today the technician app needs a connection. Offline mode — holding the day on the phone and syncing when it finds signal — is on the list above and is coming.

Who holds the money?

You do. Card payments go into your own Stripe account, and card details are only ever entered on Stripe’s own pages. PestStat never stores or sees a full card number. Card payments switch on at launch.

Is my data separated from other companies?

Yes, and the database itself enforces it rather than application code alone — with automated tests that prove one company cannot reach another’s records.
